The dry transfer printing technology using thermal expansion developed by Professor Kyung-in Jang’s research team has been published in Science Advances (IF=14.1, JCR top 2.8%). This technology is a dry transfer printing technology that forms a thin film with a large coefficient of thermal expansion on the substrate, so that the element and the substrate can be easily peeled off by heating. It has been recognized for its scientific contributions by developing a new type of transfer printing technology that overcomes the limitations of the existing wet transfer printing technology: slow process speed, low precision, and low stability.
